Environmental impact

The hostel aims to minimise the environmental impact of guests visits on the local environment as well as educating them on how they can change their behaviour and global footprint when they return home.

Economic/financial impact

The hostel is now an environmentally sustainable building and the ECO Hostel project has created a sustainable business that would not, otherwise have survived.
