From 28 to 30 September, the Champlon Youth Hostel is organising a special "stag bell" weekend
 
Programme:

Friday:

  • Welcome from 5.00 pm
  • Welcome drink and presentation of the weekend
  • Dinner
  • Talk on the bell, stags and forest departure to listen to stags in the woods around Champlon
 

Saturday:

  • For the hardiest guests, listening to (and perhaps glimpsing at) stags in the early morning (6.00 am)
  • Breakfast ramble with questionnaire on the environment, flora and fauna
  • Picnic in the woods
  • Dinner
  • Listening to the bell of the stag
 

Sunday:

  • For the hardiest guests, listening to (and perhaps glimpsing at) stags in the early morning (6.00 am)
  • Breakfast
  • Walk through the countryside
  • Picnic
  • End of weekend break and return home
