EUFED (Coordinating Organisation) gathers the feedback from national youth hostel associations and hostels they manage on the willingness to participate in the initiative.
National associations (or hostels they manage) that can provide an opportunity to host staff from the other national association (or hostels they manage) shall fulfil the questionnaire on the offer side and send it to EUFED.
National associations (or hostels they manage) that would be interested in sending their staff to the other national association (or hostels they manage) shall fulfil the questionnaire on the demand side and send it to EUFED.
All the fulfilled questionnaires shall be sent to EUFED which collects and establishes the list of offer/demands. The list and additional information is uploaded by EUFED on its website. EUFED matches offers and demands and informs both participant organizations on the possibilities to exchange staff. The organisation on the demand side is in charge of the preparation and support of its staff before and during the staff exchange.
The organisation on the offer side has to ensure safe and decent living and working conditions for the staff throughout the entire staff exchange period. It has to provide adequate personal, linguistic and task-related support.
EUFED has the role of facilitating the implementation of the project by offering administrative and quality support to all project participants and enabling their networking.
